The 2012 Hornsey Carnival

Action For Kids once again joined in with north London's Hornsey Carnival, with students, supporters and staff covering the three mile course, representing the charity locally and adding to the charity's 2012 Gold Challenge!

Students and staff dressed as royals for the day

The theme for Action For Kids was the Jubilee, and everyone enjoyed getting dressed up for the occasion. We had carnival queens, princes, princesses and a huge number of corgis on skateboards.

The Hornsey Carnival is a local celebration that brings in organisations from all over the south-east of England, and Action For Kids joins in as a locally-based charity. The three mile parade is seen by thousands, and is supported by many local businesses.

Action For Kids is proud to continue taking part in the Hornsey Carnival, and as proof of our commitment to the day we picked up first prize for the best-dressed local organisation.
